Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped

We rely on PostNL, DPD, and other couriers, which are subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We're offering free shipping on all orders totaling €80 or more, including subscription orders within the EU. For orders below €80, a flat shipping rate will apply.

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. To get an estimate, simply proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address.

Updating Shipping Details

If you need to update or correct your shipping details, please contact us at hello@getneuro.eu as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but once an order is processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
